AENA provides full expediting services to seek approvals from Authorities Having Jurisdiction over the various components of any design or construction process.  We only provide these services in conjunction with other aspects of our practice, and not as an independent service, since we believe a close understanding of all required approvals that need to be procured are one of the key elements in our integrated approach.

AENA has experience with New York City Department of Buildings, the New York City Department of City Planning, Board of Standards and Appeals, the Fire Department of the City of New York, the Department of Transportation, New York City Department of Environmental Protections, The New York City Loft Board, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, the New York City Arts Commission, the Transit Authority, the United State Green Building Council, the Cape Cod Commission, the National Capital Planning Commission, as well as numerous town Planning Boards, Zoning Boards, and private review boards.

Our expediting services extend beyond initial approvals and include interim inspections, modifications of approvals, self certified inspections, and final approvals from any relevant authority having jurisdiction.  AENA and its staff hold numerous certifications and licenses to expedite review, approvals, and sign-offs.

We believe that by fully understanding the approval process we can provide integrated services in an efficient manner by bringing schedule and cost efficiencies to the design and construction process for our clients.
